We have installed the Duro-Last roofing system on over 125 properties, primarily as re-roofs. We have been quite satisfied with the durability and quality of the product. We especially like the fact that we can almost always re-roof over the existing roof without any tear-off.
"I've been to your headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan and have seen the torture tests they put the membrane material through. Over time, it has also proven itself. It is impervious to UV rays, standing water, and animal fats, which are all common on restaurant roofs. Our biggest concern and related problems deal with third party damage that is hard to control.
